Education is undoubtedly the hub of human development. Consequently, every society—both primitive and modern—accepts it as a major task to soundly educate its citizenry. Hence, Stanford Academy, Iyowa came into existence to make a landmark in the total upbringing of a child. We are therefore not only set to run a conventional school, but also to make a distinction in all we do.
The school, which started on 1st of February, 2021, began with only three (3) students at the secondary level and nine (9) pupils at the primary level. Knowing that no meaningful and effective learning can take place without good and adequate classrooms, the school has provided well-ventilated and spacious classrooms aimed at guaranteeing an effective and comfortable learning environment.
Stanford Academy has a tradition of selecting well-qualified teaching staff, who are generally given re-training at the beginning of every term. The school’s ICT center is generously equipped with the latest computers and other gadgets necessary for effective information and communication technology today.
To ensure that students engage in the practical aspects of science subjects, the school boasts well-equipped laboratories in Biology, Home Economics, Agricultural Science, Chemistry, and Physics. These facilities have made us a unique and conducive academic institution for parents and guardians to confidently train their children and wards properly.
To all our students, remember: the future is where you will spend most of your lives. The real power of creating and being responsible for your own future is unlimited. You will hopefully experience enormous joy in creating this journey for yourself and enjoy its benefits too. Yes, there will be challenges ahead, but when you are determined to succeed, you will make the right choices.
